We have a 7-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for exchange or store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at orders@ezld.co for return authorization and shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCEPTION / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Holiday items: Holiday items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Perishable items, Beauty Products, and Custom Items: Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) are final sale and cannot be returned.

Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at orders@ezld.co immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

SHIPPING
We carefully pack your items and ship them via UPS or USPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been packed and prepared for shipment, generally within 48 hours of placing your order. Shipping fees can vary from $15.00-$25.00 depending on transit times and order value. We ship our products from Los Angeles to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.

LOCAL PICKUP
If you’re in the Los Angeles area you’re welcome to pick up your order at our Glendale studio warehouse during our 2023 holiday pop-up event! Just select Local Pickup during checkout, and we will send you an email once your order is ready. Orders are generally available within 24 hours. Please be aware that local pickup will apply to your entire order, so if you need any items shipped, they should be ordered separately.

LOCAL DELIVERY
For customers in the Los Angeles area, we offer local delivery for a fee of $25.00 or free of charge for purchase totals over $250.00. No minimum purchase is required. Enter your address during checkout to see if your address is within our delivery area. Orders received before 3pm Monday - Thursday will be delivered the next day. Orders received after 3pm on Thursday, or on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Monday.
