SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PICKUP


 

SHIPPING

We carefully pack your items and ship them via UPS or USPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been packed and prepared for shipment, generally within 48 hours of placing your order. Shipping fees can vary from $15.00-$25.00 depending on transit times and order value. We ship our products from Los Angeles to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.

 

LOCAL PICKUP

If you’re in the Los Angeles area you’re welcome to pick up your order at our Glendale studio warehouse during our 2023 holiday pop-up event! Just select Local Pickup during checkout, and we will send you an email once your order is ready. Orders are generally available within 24 hours. Please be aware that local pickup will apply to your entire order, so if you need any items shipped, they should be ordered separately.

LOCAL DELIVERY

For customers in the Los Angeles area, we offer local delivery for a fee of $25.00 or free of charge for purchase totals over $250.00. No minimum purchase is required. Enter your address during checkout to see if your address is within our delivery area. Orders received before 3pm Monday - Thursday will be delivered the next day. Orders received after 3pm on Thursday, or on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Monday.

 


RETURNS & EXCHANGES


 

RETURN POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for exchange or store credit only.

EXCHANGES: If you are requesting an exchange, you must ship your original item within 7 days of receiving your return authorization. We will ship your exchange within 24 hours of receiving your return.

STORE CREDIT: If you are requesting store credit, you must ship your original item within 7 days of receiving your return authorization. We will email you an electronic Gift Card for the value of your purchase, minus your original shipping costs, within 24 hours of receiving your return.

 

WHAT IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS / FINAL SALE

HOLIDAY ITEMS: Holiday items are final sale and cannot be returned.

SALE ITEMS: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

GIFT CARDS: Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To start a return, please contact us at orders@ezld.co to request return authorization and shipping instructions. We will reply to your request within 48 hours. Please ship your original item within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.

Items sent back to us without first requesting return authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at orders@ezld.co if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
